Rene McKale - CEO
Rene McKale, Chief Executive Officer, is one of the three founding members of Westward Transportation Inc. in its formation in 2004. Prior to the pursuit and start-up of Westward Transportation, Rene maintained over thirty (30) years experience in transportation management – he began his career, in this field, as an owner/operator, then used his entrepreneurial intuition and capabilities to form a viable company. In addition to these accomplishments he also managed Modular and Fabrication yards, including safety programs in these areas.

Don Hill - COO
Don Hill is the Chief Operations Officer and an active board member of Westward Transportation Inc. Don co-founded Westward in 2004 and has been instrumental in the successful delivery of the transportation services on behalf of the company. Don has twenty plus years of driving, hauling and equipment related experience and provides Westward with the expertise necessary to not only fulfill but also exceed the operational requirements of the company.
Don's previous years with a couple of other transport companies and his many years with Westward has afforded him the necessary expertise in managing the operations. Within these positions, Don provided the necessary skills in delivering the contractual obligations with several large industrial companies. He has extensive experience in load management and transportation through the use of various types of loading equipment, trailers and trucks to local and international destinations. Don's contributions to the companies he has provided services to, has been of significant benefit to them and to Westward.

Pat McKale - CFO
Pat McKale operates in a dual capacity with Westward Transportation Inc., appointed Chief Administrative Officer and Chief Executive Officer since she co-founded the company in 2004. As CFO, Pat is responsible for finance, operations, costs, compliance, and risk management. In addition, she works closely with the rest of the organization's management team to supervise strategy and revenue optimization.
Pat has thirty plus years business related experience. Prior to her last eight years with Westward, Pat co-founded another company and operated in the capacity of Office Manager for eighteen years until the company was divested at an exceptional benefit to the shareholders. Pat provides Westward with a prudent business sense, incorporating safety and financial risk management programs while managing fast paced growth opportunities - exceeding corporate objectives on a routine basis.

Lea Dubrule-Levesque - Office Manager
Lea Dubrule is the Office Manager for Westward Transportation and oversees a variety of office duties. She has over 28 years office related experience. She is very efficient, self-motivated, organized and competent.
Lea has been employed in the transportation industry for approximately 18 years. She is experienced in scheduling and dispatching, coordination of deliveries and manifesting trucks. She implemented a safety program and held a position on the Safety Committee for an industrial related service company."

Daren Fitzowich - Maintenance Manager
Daren has nearly 30 years experience in the transportation industry and ran his own transport company for 20 of those years. There he serviced and maintained his own fleet of equipment as well as some maintenance for others
Daren runs Westward's service, maintenance and repair shop. He looks after over a hundred mobile units in the maintenance area. He completes all scheduled maintenance and emergency repairs. He is a qualified CWB welder and has vast experience in preventive maintenance and utilizes this experience when completing repairs on Westward's trucks, trailers and heavy equipment.
